Two Christmas' ago, I knocked on her door. I was wearing this ear warmer headband from Daiso (the Japanese dollar store). Super funky. When she opened her door, I pointed at her head and laughed and laughed. She was wearing the same dollar store head warmer. Hahaha!<br /><br />Zap, I'm sorry to say I didn't do the ruffle myself. But if it helps, this good-looking mother/daughter team (they are like the Gwyneth Paltrow/Blythe Danner of hippies) did it. They don't have that break over the foot. Also, the waist should fit better.
