I thought you looked vivacious in the dress with citron highlight too. Personally I think it needs a bit of a heel, but the colour and ankle strap are great. You have really fine ankles so the feature works for you. Your crowning glory is lovely both ways curled or not. Do you wear it up? It might suit you in a tousled up do and add height too. If you are only thinking about another layer for look, then I don't think you need it but if you have a dark long line jacket it should work...
