I saw other women in similar combinations - black skirt, t-shirt + jean jacket, and wide leg black pants + jean jacket. &nbsp;</p> <p><div><br /></div><div>Mom asked me to help her style some ‘wildcards’ that were going unworn. &nbsp;All three were toppers with texture. &nbsp;Two were macrame and one was twisted and woven ribbon. &nbsp;The common denominator was that all three let whatever was worn underneath show through. &nbsp;I created 4 outfits - pulling tops, bottoms, footwear, and accessories from mom’s closet. &nbsp;She was very happy with the results of the ‘workshop’ and wore one of the outfits on our last day together! &nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>Thanks for looking!</p> <p>Note: during our shopping excursion, I noted the colour palettes in the shops were considerably muted. &nbsp;Anything that was ‘colour’ looked greyed down or dirty vs clear and bright. &nbsp;Lots of black and grey, but not as much camel or carmel, though I did see some brown. &nbsp;I did see hunter green and burgundy, but even those colours were darker and muddier than the hunter and burgundy of previous seasons. &nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div> </p>
