I like it best when you don't have a scarf around your neck, so we can see the pretty neckline. It looks good with the jacket, but also without. Looks pretty good with the cardi, too. As for footwear, they pretty much all look good, except I'm not so keen on the last one. I think I prefer it with lower shoes, like you have on in #1, so we can see your lovely legs. The tall boots look cute but cover most of you leg up. I know how hard it is to get dresses long enough, that almost any dress the right length is in the running. This one ticks all the boxes though, length, the color is on trend and super flattering on you and the cut of the top part suits you very well. It looks like the fabric has some good heft and drape and like you could style it many different ways...I'm sure you've only just gotten started with that. I like all of these except for the tan Fiji oxfords, but that's just because it's not my favorite shoe. The booties look particularly modern to me, and the more casual ones could be bookended with a more casual topper, as mentioned above.
