I got a size 10, and I'm finding that in a few of the other brands a 10 isn't quite big enough...but I'd start with your usual size. They are on the thin side. (As an aside, it drives me nuts that Nordie's doesn't list percentages in its fabric compositions... I feel like I'm always leaving questions in the Q&amp;A section about percentages.)
