I totally understand.<br /> I should also have added that I'm trying to keep the heel low (2" or under) as I commute heavily on foot or through public transit. Comfort is key; I won't buy any more "sitting shoes."<br /> So far I haven't found something that is 100% in person, but the Seychelles look promising so I may try an online order. Wide widths are high volume in the wrong place and don't work. I tried the Sam Edelman Petty, tried two sizes up and in wide, and still couldn't get my foot in across the instep. I'm thinking of trying this Seychelles pair. Any other ideas? </p>
