You don’t wear short puffers as my butt gets really cold!! I do prefer a hood as you do. This would not be for deep cold but fall hiking or woodsy outdoor stuff that I want to look nicer than “gear” fleeces but be able to layer and be comfortably warm. I also really hate too snug is coats and like roomy but not sloppy. This has been a difficult item to find. Also not stiff but with enough structure and excellent fabric not to look like a crumpled mess. Not sure. But that’s the nicest I’ve seen so far. When my son started at Penn State, no one wears black!! I’ve never seen so much spiritwear. So the first navy theory gabe blazer was purchased. The Miller is a perennial so they keep doing it in different fabrics and metals. The original which I have in black silver comes in black, navy, white with a choice of hardware. It would have been a forever piece had it fit me better but as kkards noted , they fit quite small , especially under the arms , and I was pretty small when I bought it ( never buy things at your lowest weight ever , lol) . I paid a heck of a lot more than what Nordstrom is selling it for now so I’d totally jump on it . I’d order in a hot minute if only they shipped to Canada ! It's a very fitted jacket, although the model but be wearing 2-3 sizes up to get this look.&nbsp; I wear it mostly over dresses, skirts, and with a high rise jean or dress pant.&nbsp; But I do love having black leather with black hardware because it's so versatile.&nbsp; So strongly considering that.&nbsp; I could use a nice knock around, nice hiking with friends, not serious sport, that's kind of been missing in my wardrobe.&nbsp; I wish it had a hood but that's not a deal breaker.&nbsp; Since I'm not planning a big buy at NAS I did do serious damage at the VB 20% off sale price sale.&nbsp; I had wanted to lemming Angie's denim blazer but missed that.&nbsp; This blazer is seriously classy, the tailoring, buttons are super fab and oversized lapels has a retro almost frock coat like vibe, substantial denim but as I run cold it's a full 4 season buy and makes denim at work possible.&nbsp; Fit and quality superb as usual.&nbsp; Big splurge was the sale on sale of the miller navy leather jacket.&nbsp; I have only one leather blazer thank you Ummlila (I bow to you and wait to lemming again) the Rebecca Taylor leather blazer which has seen hard wear and is still going strong.&nbsp; Any thoughts on the barbour?&nbsp; I have not worn this brand.&nbsp; The collar looks like it could be a little stiff.&nbsp; Lots of pockets which is handy.&nbsp; Good luck to everyone!!&nbsp; I hope we all get out goodies without too much stalking!</p> <p></p> <p>Leather jacket post:&nbsp; &nbsp;<a rel="nofollow" href="https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/proportionwhy-do-i-always-forget-about-proportion">https://youlookfab.com/welookf.....proportion</a></p>
