So I would not be sneering finding it too small. I meant to get to my last 10 years or so on Gretchen's budget thread but never got there and the thread is weeks old. I don't think people sneer on YLF either, most people seem kind and just interested in the very different ways we manage all this. But I could be missing something. It obviously depends on high end something is. Some of mine like my Sabatini things are high end for NZ- appear in fashion magazines and on David Jones runways in Australia. Those are all bought on sale though. I considered pink Timberlands or other suede boots this winter, but then noticed how other women wearing them apparently couldn't keep them clean in the city, so they aren't for me.
