These mediums are probably just a little bit smaller than the L in the Leiths, but a little wider through the knee and calf.</p> <p>Una, the fabric is lightweight, completely opaque, and matte- sort of a silk crepe. The fabric is not as slippery feeling or flimsy as the Leith ones. I can see wearing them 3 seasons- they wouldn't be warm enough to wear outdoors in the winter. I definitely will wear them in the summer with sandals and a flowy top.</p> <p>bj1111, I'm 5'6" and my inseam is around 30" or so for pants with flats.
