I thought it was Diana but I'm sorry if I was mistaken. Maybe you both did! The blue is great too - I had a hard time deciding which color but opted to try and do something that book ended my hair. I wear so much navy/blue so these will also provide a little contrast and they go with leopard (I have a shirt and a belt) and the thread in my cream BFs. It wasn't just the laces but the overall "look" of the shoe read more "feminine" to me and that is something I wanted. I love that they look slightly more polished, that they are smooth leather (probably better for wet fall weather) and the comfort level was great. Funny thing too is that they made my feet look smaller somehow -the UGGS seem to do the opposite. They were soft, comfortable and the right color. But I was still on the fence so I ordered the Born Sheenas to try for comparison after Diana mentioned them in another post.</p> <p>At first glance I thought the Borns were "too bowling shoe" looking or something. Anyway, when I put one on, oh my how comfortable they were. Fit like a glove. But I still hesitated due to the style. The high constrast of the laces against the almost cognac color maybe seemed too much to me.</p> <p>So today - a gloomy rainy day (which we desperately need here and appreciate) I did a little comparison of the two and instantly knew which ones were right for me.</p> <p>Can you guess which ones?</p> <p>Bonus shot of the rainstorm from the night before last. We got 2.5 inches of much needed rain. I love the colors in the clouds when a cold front pushes a storm down our way.</p>
