I think it's better in bigger metropolitan areas. More people who initially buy good and interesting stuff, are more likely to produce good and interesting cast-offs.<br /> Also this is at least the second time I've seen a so called style expert say to buy boy's clothes. That only works if you're built like a 12 year old boy.
