Banana Republic's tall sizes aren't just longer in length in sleeves and torso, but they also give additional height in the armholes of the garment and a bit more width across the shoulders. If you click on the size chart link on their website it will give you the measurements. </p> <p>You could always order it, see if it can be altered by a tailor and then decide if it's worth keeping! Good luck - I have also fallen in love with the looks of the wrap coat but don't have the money for it.
