They hit me perfectly in the rise and waist, and are in the featherweight stretch fabric I love for hot weather. I had to have them hemmed for my 5'4" self and that cut off most of the vent (about an inch still left) but I would still call them wide leg or maybe flare...like more wide below the knee which might really suit you. Wide leg pants to the rescue! When the cast comes off I’ll be in a big boot, so I’ll be wearing wide leg pants for a while. And I never thought I’d like the way they looked on me (turns out I do!), so I don’t really have many. </p> <p>I saw this cute, kind of different pair on Athleta’s website and was wondering if anyone has seen these in person, or purchased them? They look like wrap pants but they are pull on. A few of the reviewers said they blow open a bit, the question is how much - not looking to give anyone a peek-a-boo show.
