The last 6 months I have been walking with a friend regularly (but not every week) and this<br /> weekend I went on my first real exercise (fast walking and some running)<br /> with some other friends. The day after, DS1 and I went to the swimming<br /> pool without his younger brothers - a good time for us together :-)<br />I actually overdid the activity level, so now my body tells me to slow down and restore itself. </p> <p>Anyway - after the walking/running exercise, I got so inspired that I went to get... </p> <p>#1 good runner shoes, <br />#2 a supportive and forgiving swim suit (my previous were falling apart and had no support at all) <br />#3 a good fitting bikini (expensive, but oh so happy!)</p> <p>Wow - I'm still really excited! :-)</p> <p>Some weeks ago I was searching for a bikini and swim wear at all the cheaper stores (H&amp;M, Cubus, Lindex...), but that was a really sad and depressing shopping experience. The bikinis there are not made for mother-of-three-almost-40-year-old women My rescue was to go to a specialized retailer who knows their stuff.</p> <p>Anyway - just wanted to share my happy experiences </p> <p> </p>
