I would like to steal a few of them. It amazes me how often you post something when I have been stalking something similar (first it was your sandals and now it's an Asos top that is identical to your Old Navy top). I really see the neutral shift coming through. And I can see how these items would become workhorses.<br /> I have been buying a few things. Mostly boots it seems! I had done a lot of winter shopping in advance and still have not yet had much of the right weather to wear it in. So I am trying not to add any more. I am actually starting to think about Summer again because that's where my wardrobe needs work (I wore out quite a few things last summer).<br /> And interesting about the snakes. When we visit the country to hike it is long pants all the way. In fact I have the black on white and the white on black. I know what you mean about trying on lots of potentially higher quality items and then finding the thing that fits perfectly at Target. The Mossimo Supply t-shirts fit me better than any others that I've tried and they actually seem to hold up well. I can't remember if it was you or someone else on the forum that mentioned them before. I also bought a winter coat there several years ago that fits as if it was tailor made for me--the absolute perfect fit. It was a spur of the moment purchase--I didn't go to Target looking for a coat--but there it was. I have a similar goal of buying fewer but higher quality items. I would feel better about spending more on better quality, ethically produced&nbsp;clothing -- and less of it. So far, for various reasons, it's a goal rather than something I've put into practice.</p> <p>Anyway, this looks like a nice cohesive group of additions. I love the crochet yoke tank. The plaid dress is great and the maxi dress could be worn in so many different ways. I also added several jackets and a lot of jewelry from my mom's closet, but I didn't account for those here.</p> <p>Most of the new pieces were neutral building blocks, with only a couple of impulse buys (the Gatsby tee and the banded Knox Rose blouse). I'm not yet succeeding in my goal to add more high-quality items, because it seems like I try on thirty mid-to-higher range items that don't fit, and then the one thing I take into the Target dressing room is perfect. The struggle to find well-made, ethical clothing that suits my body is frustrating.</p> <p>I'm enjoying having a summer wardrobe that is <b>relaxed, casual, and neutral</b>. I like the ease with which I can <b>mix summer and winter items</b> as our weather varies, or I go up and down in elevation. I appreciate having <b>a few colored statement pieces</b> that work with my neutral core. We've yet to reach the hottest part of the year, but so far, so good.</p> <p>How's the season treating you all? </p> </p> <p>(Whoops... I forgot one skirt! Edited to update numbers)</p>
