The pants from F21 look like a subtle slouch pant with tapered legs. They don't actually read as a harem. I understand the attraction. I do have have something similar :). I am not overly trend driven and in my very humble opinion often items that remain on the fringe do have longevity because they are neither in or out:). IRL I live I'm the largest regional centre in my state and for the out part it is very conservative. I have less than a handful of friends here who have any interest in fashion. I will say that I have a very classic streak to my dressing, so that may be why I prefer Una's pants--hers seem to be more fitted and hence more toward classic fashion. But I would say that if these don't work out for you, I sure wouldn't give up. YLF even in the relatatively un-styled pics. But then I am a devotee of the Eileen fisher harem pants. Got last year's version with the more extreme drop crotch -- like the ones you're picturing here. Yours are not too short -- mine fit the same -- they will look wonderful with booties, sandals, and scrunched up to knees with tall boots (cool bubble skirt look). The Eileen Fisher YouTube channel has video with some styling ideas also. I think these are so you, so chic and avante garde without shouting about it.
