Interestingly, a white summer skirt, a shortsleeved white silky blouse plus a pair of off-white pants that can be worn year round were all handed down to me. And I purchased a white lace button-front shirt, two white tees, two pairs of white sandals (one dressy, one casual) plus white loafer sneakers. This year, I have dressed more in white than in any previous years. To me, white exudes calm, peace, cleanness, brightness, elegance and luxury. I like a dark teal, not the lighter more turquoise versions. But I do like both the blue-green and the more green-blue hues. I particularly enjoy wearing it with dark green, black and gold. I did stock up and would happily take more. How lucky for me (and unlucky for my budget) that so many designers agreed! The BOSS items from NAS were a surprise but worthwhile investments, and when I expanded from a pure teal to include lighter or more blue tones, I ended with a nice range of options for my favorite color.&nbsp;</p> <p>I just purchased the last thing I had outstanding on my wishlist - a KS bag at a huge discount, so I'm going to bring this color year to a close. Not sure what color will move me next year, but looking forward to choosing.&nbsp;</p> <p>How about you - anyone else choose a signature color for the year?&nbsp; </p>
