Turquoise has both yellow and blue, so most skin tones can find a shade that works for them. I suspect that it is a color that sells well for that reason and always seems to be available in some shade from neon bright to a greyed murky seawater.

I love bright turquoise but it does not love me back: too sour. On the other hand teal is one of my best colors and it has been my favorite colr since I was a child: it was "sea water color" to me.:-)

Hi Nicole i also think that turqoise is a great colour and surely makes any women look beatiful, well most probably depending on whether it's a dress, a top or perhaps a jacket. I think the colour looks lovely in soft fabrics and also in those stretchy dresses long or short. Also i don't think that it's suited for a particular season, but rather i think of it as an all-rounder.

Turquoise is known as a bluish green colour and from what i heard is that the word turquoise comes from the language French.

Recently i discovered that i look good in the colour,it brings out my skin colour and my eyes and i love looking good what women doesn't. The latest trends in fashion is turquoise, this colour is well know and seen mostly in summer.

All kinds of clothing in this colour like your dresses,jeans,shorts,t-shirts and even your shoes like sandals.Turquoise can blend with many colours like pink, yellow and even purple. The difference with turquoise is that the colour changes there is light or dark turquoise but you have to be careful when you go dark because if you go too dark it becomes the colour teal.I know us women are worried about will it be best for my skin colour. Don"t worry I have the answer for you and that is turquoise is great for all types of skin.
