The horizontal creases could mean it's long in the rise for you and the cloth is slipping down. Or you're pushing the cloth down because the pants are tight. Or they're just tight. Sorta depends. Does sound a bit like you're in a danger of a rip, tho, if it's hard to sit on the floor. You might want to carry some safety pins, just in case. How wide can you stand with your legs apart? That's the test in my book for rippage danger.

About turning out the pockets, you could safety pin them down if they flap while you dance.

Mam, its size is already increased. It was stitched last year. During my second year its size was increased. Now there is no room for incresing I think. My friend is saying that when wrinkles form permanently on crotch like my pants it may soon rip away. Is it a sign of ripping?
I have another pair of ordinary tight pants but is wrinkled too much but still I use them without rip. But many horizontal creases are there around zip region and even pockets

It may be time to size up for dance class days if you need to have it taken it at the waist or any other place a seamstress can do it for cheep. I have it done often by a loca dry cleaners for 10$.

Thank You for the valuable answer. You may be right. But is it bad no showing the pockets out as it is blue pants and white pockets which is almost dirty due to my over usage.
Is there chance for ripping it? Its stitching is fine I think so, but is too tight at crotch with wrinkles.

It sounds as if your instructor wanted you to have some room for movement. There is extra fabric in the pocket so by pulling it out it woul, give you some extra movement without ripping the pants while dancing.

I am 22 year old and my body type is some what apple shaped. In my college we have dance class and since there is no time we do it in our uniform dress only which is pants and shirt. My pants is tight that I cant sit on floor easily.
Last day my dance teacher asked me to pull both front pocket bag which is white in colour outside and dance. I feel embarrassed as it is weird. Why she told to do that? What she meant by that? I can see her looking at my pants crotch region while I am dancing
