I have to say this dress was a substitute for an even more gorgeous dress I saw one of the students (in the class I was a teaching assistant for) wear once--it had sheer sleeves, similar neckline and waistline, but was made of stunning turquoise silk and the skirt was pleated. That dress was to die for, and she styled it perfectly with a pendant and taupe boots. I don't think I could wear this dress to work in a more businessy environment. It's a dress I got from ASOS before Christmas, was too lazy to post a keep or return since I liked it. I wanted to wear it soon and decided to today since it wasn't too cold. I paired it with my black riding boots not shown here. And of course, Inge's necklace.
