I really do think it's that it looks like my grandmother.</p> <p>As I said, I'm not getting it. Too $$, I don't need a dress, and the colors are wrong for me. When I enlarge the fabric print I can see that the background patterns are a pale yellow. If they were more pink toned that might make it harder to resist but as it is, I don't see this dress on me at all. I have no occasion to wear a dress, it's pricey, and I don't think the soft muted colors would look good on me. It also looks like the kind of style that would read bathrobe...I always feel things turn PJ vibe on me really fast.</p> <p>I think I like it because it looks so much like how my grandmother dressed. It just looks kind of vintage 1920s-30s, like a soft, romantic day dress. I also like how the waist is very slightly defined but without being a real belt, and that the waist is low and not empire.&nbsp;</p> <p>Those are my theories! I'm curious to see what others think of this dress.&nbsp; </p>
