Some of it may be because of tightness in the thigh area but some of it I always thought was "baby don't got back" syndrome. Like if my flat-as-a-pancake bum was a bit fuller, it would pull the fabric up like Maya says and they would fit fine. Perhaps you could show a view from the side? Maybe your legs curve in such a way (from the side view) that makes the crease? For example, if you bend to the side at the waist, your shirt will crease on the bent side. Does that make sense? It just looks like if you could pull them up more, the creases would smooth out, which could theoretically happen in a larger size..only then they would be too big everywhere else. But I do not think it looks bad. Even my trouser jeans crease a tiny bit in different places. With any slim cut jeans it's inevitable.
