I think Angie did this once... it may get you what you want faster, though it is an extra cost. Obviously the rubber could be thinner on the sole, but a stacked, tapered riding heel is the most comfortable heel style ever-- and it is 2". Occasionally I have run across a 2.5" and they are equally comfy and in my mind are much more elegant than some of the chunky square heels manufacturers put on pumps. I have a small foot, US size 5.5/ international 35.5. On small feet, a 3' heel wears like a 3.5' heel, and a 4" heel is asking for trouble. So, yeah, more mid-height heel choices, please, universe! I am not big on satin shoes, but I love these. #2 are my Pour la Victoire's that in this photo look much darker than they truly are. They are the perfect electric blue. #3 are also Pour la Victorie's for you from a past season, but they may still be out there! I admit I don't usually see many 1.5"-2.0" heels as that seems to be the "awkward" height for shoe designers. It must be harder to get the angle to the shoe to look proportionate at that height. Electric blue is tricky. It took me at least 3 years to find the pair I wanted. For some reason electric blue shoes often come with a wooden stacked heel, which totally ruins the look of a blue shoe in my option. Animal print seems easier; however, I know what it feels like to hunt ravenously for the perfect animal print... And so many of the lower heels are kitten heels, which I really don't do well. Electric blue and animal print shoes are on my list. Have I just become too picky? There are lots of conventional styles with brands like Clarks and Danskos, but for something more offbeat, it's like a big black hole. Or am I totally wrong?
