Its not a colour I would have thought I'd have been attracted to but I saw it while walking through M&amp;S about 5 years ago and couldn't leave the shop without it. I couldn't explain what it was that I liked about the colour, I still can't but I just know I love it. Sometimes there's no rhyme or reason for these things. I would try wearing the color in a bag or a belt since my face could not handle that color either. I had that problem with orange last year and finally got a pumpkin color or two that I can wear even though it is not the true sour orange that was so popular. I think your skin tone can wear this --- agreeing with Suz that its not your best color family, but it works for you. I'm a jewel tone girl too --- but a girl can't spend her entire life in regal colors like sapphire and purple! Sometimes a little playfulness is in order! It's the color of ferns and new greenery. It's soft and although I usually don't go for colors that have that yellowy cast to them, I find this very appealing. Deep, saturated colors which work with my pale skin, greenish eyes and dark hair with hints of auburn.<br /> I am not good with reading colors and branching into unknown territories color-wise, but I do know I have to stay away from yellow, unless worn very far from my face - I look very bad in yellowish anything. </p> <p>So, back to the siren call of the green in question.
