I've read it and enjoyed it, but wish I had just checked it out of the library, rather than having purchased it. It's not heavy on content. It's more like a magazine you glance at a few times and then toss when you're done with it.

Yay for the posh eclectics!

I bought it and I recommend borrowing it from the library before you buy it. It did very little to help me, but others have felt differently.

Both of the Lucky books are great, but pricey. I checked them out from the inter-loan program at my library. Amazon will let you preview them, or you could visit a book store to see if there is enough information pertaining to you to warrant purchasing. I felt like there wasn't enough specific information on my particular style to justify me purchasing them. The other book is a shopping guide.

I read it after hearing about it here and was surprised to find out I was drawn to Bombshell style. It changed the whole way I looked at my style and became part of my style persona--Demure Bombshell. So I definitely recommend the book! I checked it out at the library, but am sort of wishing I had a copy of my own. Maybe try your library?

I borrow all of these fashion type books from the library. I know - so old school, no kindle.

I have the lucky guide. The Posh Eclectic section is really small. only 8 pages. You are probably better off just doing an internet search. If you wanted to read the whole book it would be worth ordering. I got mine from Ebays half.com and it wasnt expensive.

Also, have you tried looking on google books? While all of the pages of a book usually aren't there, maybe the pages you need are.

I've been wanting to read it. Have you checkout amazon to see how much they are charging?

And is it any good? The style I'm most drawn to is Posh Eclectic, but I'm not sure it's worth shelling out on a book for what may only be a few relevant pages. How much detail does the book go into, does it give the reader a wide range of outfit ideas and, most importantly, did you find it useful?
