I had quite the inner debate on the merits of buying from a "fashion" brand versus from a "watch" brand... And although the Seiko 5's are just considered barely entry level in the world of watch collecting this one does have an automatic movement and such.</p> <p>ETA: I just realized that the comment above could possibly sound snooty against fashion watches, and I certainly dont intend to offend any owners of lovely fashion watches, i think I probably sacrificed some sleek looks and edginess by choosing the watch brand which is a more classic and less exciting option. It sounds like they are working really well for you. But, I still felt too worried about breakage so I ended up deciding on this rose gold/silver face option which I have ordered a white leather band for. I am really really excited about it! Heck I almost never seem to take time to post anymore so the fact I want to share it immediately must be saying something! I can't wait until it arrives... I hope I did good choicewise! I'll post more pic upon arrival. Feedback welcomed, until the return window closes at least! </p>
