The second ones are just long enough to my eye, but just barely. That is how I reluctantly accept many jeans on my long legs but I much prefer a bit of length and scrunch like you have in the first pair. </p> <p>As for the size, they don't look too different. If the 29s feel better and they don't feel like they will stretch and bag too much while wearing them, I'd go for a 29 with the longer inseam.
