I would consider having 2 pair (but then I'm nowhere Near being a minimalist ..) one for flat -flats and the other for some heels/wedges etc. Also could be rolled a bit to have a backup white pair if nesessary. No having to wash up or totally change an outfit last minute because of a spot/smudge!
So my thought is get the 29 in both the 30 and 32" inseams. And the green blouse looks great with the slim sillouette of the skinnies!Keep it ! It's a great color for you too

I think I'm gonna go with the 29 in a 32" inseam... that's what I'm thinking today. We'll see about tomorrow. Thanks for your help!

Angie is far better at PPL than me, so I would listen to her :)

My eye, so untrained, says it likes the second pair better. Still working on getting the hang of PPL though.

Keep the longer ones, I think, possibly sized up to the 29s, depending on how stretchy/ baggy these seem. And you look good in the green!

I'd like to see a size up in the longer ones unless they stretch out quite a bit. My eye must be more adjusted for slouchy than I realized.

I still like the length of the first ones. The second ones are just long enough to my eye, but just barely. That is how I reluctantly accept many jeans on my long legs but I much prefer a bit of length and scrunch like you have in the first pair.

As for the size, they don't look too different. If the 29s feel better and they don't feel like they will stretch and bag too much while wearing them, I'd go for a 29 with the longer inseam. I am liking my summer pants to fit looser than my winter ones.

I like the green top.

Thanks for the input. I'm still kinda torn, but I'm leaning towards hemming the longer length. I think I need just a half inch to an inch more than the shorter ones. As far as the size, I liked the 28 until I tried on the 29. Now the 28 feels a bit tight. The 29s sit a touch higher, because they have more room in the seat, which is more comfortable. Is the shirt a bit short? It would probably look better tucked into a skirt.

I agree with kkards. the fit of jeans in #4 is better but the length of #1 will work better with flats. Do you like scrunch in your skinnies or not? if you don't like a lot of scrunch, I would say keep size 29. Also, this is a nice shirt.

I like the original ones best. That bit of scrunch looks good with flats and will mean you can also wear a little heel.

I like the smaller ones on you and they will end up looking like the 30s once you have them on for any time anyway- ditto the stretch on the others and end up buggier than I like them, and I think you too.
The green top doesn't show off your waist.
Length: I'm unclear on the rules here and/or not sure I agree with them. With flats I like to see the shoes with heels just the toe of shoe. You are a similar build to me.
Hope it's helpful. A

A week or so ago I asked about these white jeans (pics 1-3) and whether they were too long. These are size 28, 32" inseam. Pics 4-7 are a size 29, 30" inseam. Which length and which size looks better? I can go with either size, length, or the reverse combo... or I can even hem the longer ones to some length in between :D

I should clarify that I plan to wear the jeans more or less exclusively with flat shoes, varying levels of flatness I suppose.

Also, what about this green shirt? Keep worthy? Thanks for looking!
