It is a bit more obvious in the back photo. I am short-waisted and often have this problem with tops and jackets. I also think it cold be a bit more cropped. I am thinking of the blue denim jacket over skirts and how much better it looks when it is cropped closer to the waist. </p> <p>Nothing major - just a bit off for a petite. I've seen these utility vests being worn over any collarless boho tunic or top, or dress for that matter. For the sleeves on the denim jacket, try unbuttoning them and then just grab the cuff and yank the sleeve way up above your elbow (no folding or rolling). The cuffs can stick out any old way and it looks really effortless.
