I've had the Halogen pants in different colors and liked the fabric. They come in Petite, too. </p> <p>The Chelsea ones are wide-legged, more K. Hepburn style. I saw some Chelsea culottes the other day and tried them on--quite liked the fabric and quality, but the style looked pretty awful on me.
