Because something is bound to get on them! :) Ket - White and ivory have become strong staples in my wardrobe. I wear them year round but I wear a LOT of white in spring and summer. You'll probably get tired of it in my WIWs. But I adore the crisp vibe of white especially when it's hot outside. And yes, post your bomber (when you have time of course)! And I'm sure the forum will weigh in for you and I look forward to seeing it! :) Janet - As a pear shape I used to think the same way for any light colored bottoms. I started off with wearing darker colors and lots of prints on the top half, to draw the eye upward and away from my legs. It helped me ease into wearing white and ivory bottoms. And yes, the Vince sweater is very structured and square shaped for a crochet style sweater, but somehow it seems to work so I kept it during NAS. :) Runcarla - We have very similar casual style. I have found my ivory jeans to be quite versatile. And I have a few outfits already planned for them during spring and summer. Carla on "White and Ivory" https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/white-and-ivory#post-2384814 Wed, 23 Apr 2025 03:02:47 +0000 Carla 2384814@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ I’ve just added a pair of ecru/natural/ivory? 501’s to my jeans collection, but am trying to figure how to wear them!  Pinterest gave me lots of black top outfits, and not much else.  Today I stood behind a woman at the checkout and she had some fab ecru barrel leg jeans with a cornflower blue denim shacket style topper and beige and brown adidas.  She had brown hair with cream highlights  and looked great from the back!  I couldn’t see what she wore underneath the topper though. I wore the outfit below twice, and then with a black sweater once - before I got chocolate on the pants LOL!  The stain came out and the jeans are currently hanging on the line to dry.   I think our casual style shares a similar aesthetic, Lisa! One time, a few years ago,  I got excited to wear my first pair of white pants....and that got dirty in half a day.  I love some of these photos! All the ivory items. But I do like that warm-denim-blue shirt with  the classic frame Ray Bans, and ivory pants. Angie - *happily collects killer rating* I am definitely on team casual, it fits my current lifestyle well. :) Jenni NZ - *high five for white jeans* They will always be a staple in my wardrobe, white denim just brightens up every outfit! :) Jenny H - I am a big seasonal color dresser. I enjoy varying up colors with the seasons, although I'm going to try to blur the lines a bit more now that fashion says any color for any season. I wear white and ivory year round but I especially enjoy wearing white and ivory as part of my outfits in spring (and summer).  #1 to #2 - White Sweater Wore this white sweater with wide leg Paige jeans out to dinner with DH. #3 to #4 - White Jeans White jeans are a staple for my style ever since I first joined YLF. I adore the crisp look they give to an outfit. #5 to #6 - Ivory Jeans I find ivory is a nice change when I want a lighter color but something softer than white. #7 to #9 - Ivory Tunic This ivory tunic by Zella pairs great with green.
