These are both such great outfits that I had a hard time concentrating on the jackets. I'm glad Angie chimed in because I liked them both for different reasons. I rarely wear my denim jacket sleeves down and buttoned, but I guess you might actually need to for warmth, so it makes sense to get the one with better sleeve length. I think the Express fits just a tad better than the AE in the shoulders and arms on you. (Did you by any chance try a size down in the AE? I know Angie said to size up, but I bought it in my regular size since the size up was way baggy in the arms and I liked the more fitted look.)
