The ks I find a bit too "ks-ish" if that makes sense. It's a bit brandier to me and less classic. The band was the main difference to me, but I'm sensitive to that for myself. I personally prefer the metal because it works better with my own style (me and my shinies!). The scale of the KS is a little better on you, though I think I actually prefer the DKNY if you're going for something a little softer; the KS has more contrast on the face. The main reason they feel different to me is that the KS has a graphic, fun and glam vibe while the DKNY has a much more classic and subdued vibe. </p> <p>EDIT: Re band dressiness, that seems to really be personal preference. I tend to find metal bands dressier, but my husband for examples finds leather dressier. I wanted something rose gold with a large face, but not to chunky. The one on the left appeals to me because it is more masculine and classic and I love the grey strap. I like the other one two because I like the circles on the face, the fact that it is a bit slimmer and sleeker and a bit quirkier. I could keep both, but only if you feel they are sufficiently different - I just bought a black and gold one that I am wearing a lot. </p>
