So, so, so helpful. I had read both those articles before and that is something I had been thinking about but when you posted that it gave me a&nbsp; total light-bulb moment. I've been wearing my hair straight lately but I plan to go back to wearing it curly when I get it cut next week. My hair reads as a lot darker when curly than when straight (my theory is it is the shadows created by the curls), so I'm going to be a lot more high contrast. Especially when you add in winter paleness. I'm about as tan as I ever get right now and that tan will be fading during the season in which this shirt will be worn. High contrast plaid wins!
