I love the black stripe. But if you already know that a high neckline doesn't work for you then probably best to give it a pass. On the first one, I'm an hourglass with a big chest as well. I have a dress with a similar cut. I just have to be careful what type of bra I wear - the right bra can make all the difference between how your chest looks in the dress. You won't be able to wear a necklace with it because of the detailing, and when you have a big bust, you have to wear a necklace with a high neckline to break up the chest area. Or you would have to wear it under a jacket, which isn't very practical.
