I think they can work with a pencil skirt but may be hard for flared. I can't remember - are you broad in the shoulders? If so, the neckline on the 2nd one would exaggerate the look of broad shoulders (if that matters to you.) I can't see either one of these with a scarf, but both could handle a necklace. With the first one, just put the chain inside the collar around your neck and it will lay flat against your skin in the v-neck part of the blouse. I can see the 1st one layered over a tank with a few buttons unbuttoned. I think both have great colors and pattern, they call to my inner Bohemian Hippie.
