Danskin are not quite as thick or comfy, but still opaque. I ordered a pair, and they are indeed very thick. My friend raved about them, which is how I found them. But I haven't tried them yet, so I can't say if they live up to expectations. I have black gray and brown. IKWIM when you see "sheer" leggings and white undies peeking through the fabric. These are substantial and have the weight of a high quality tee shirt.
