Try a fabric store, or go to a thrift store to find artsy buttons either in bags or on clothing. I've seen lots of creative buttons on otherwise unattractive things.

For the Seattleites - does anyone have a tip for where to buy cute/funky buttons?

I bought the Express animal print cardi which I love, but I'm not crazy about the sparkly buttons and am thinking of replacing them. I could go with basic black buttons, but am thinking it might be fun to try something a little funkier in a bright color or with some interesting texture, maybe even with a design on them. Any tips? Thanks!
