I once did this and bought the jeans, only to find out that they were "Final Sale." It did not say Final Sale on the page featuring this pair of jeans, it only said it on the gateway page that led to the sale items. Once I bought a pair that felt like paper when I took them out of the box, and then ripped down the knee (not even along a seem) when I sat down while trying them on. A while later, I tried testing ebay one more time by buying a pair of jeans that appeared to be from a seller who was just an individual women selling off last seasons wardrobe, (as opposed to sellers that mysteriously have 50 pairs of my favorite style available at one time) and I still got burned. How does anyone manage to buy jeans on ebay? Maybe its not that any one site is always cheaper, but that there is a much larger pool of sales and discount online at any one time. My sources of discount denim in my area consists of about 3 stores that aren't even that big. It's a very well organized, nice looking, and popular site. Well, it's one of several sites that fit that description. I used to get discount designer jeans on a couple of different sites and I can't even remember which one it was! The fact that I can't avoid that site even though I want to, is one reason I've just been buying jeans at sales and outlets. That may not sound to bad, but the prices are just not comparable. Do you have any sites that have been reliable for you for a long time? Have any premium denim sites that you want to warn other people about? </p>
