I also rant about there not being enough summer-weight tops with sleeves--nothing but sleeveless shells.</p> <p>I agree I think it is because it is much harder to create these to fit across a range of body types (within size) with sleeves--the fit just has to be more precise, shoulder seam has to be in the right place, sleeve length, short or long, is different for each person, lots of things. And, dresses with sleeves do&nbsp; not, for the most part,&nbsp;layer as well&nbsp;under a jacket or cardigan as sleeveless.
