You could buy 2 or 3 items in one of the new colors (eg, a scarf, a top, and some shoes) to refresh the rest of your closet. I have almost a daily uniform of skinny jeans and blouses OR leggings and tunic. I have more than I need (as always) and tend to wear the same things over and over. </p> <p>Thing is, I’ve had some changes in my life and therefore I’m craving MORE change in other areas, like my closet! I’m becoming a new me and I kind of want a style evolution, but I don’t know where I want to go with it! </p> <p>I have little opportunity to shop and don’t want to be wasteful but do understand it’s not science. </p> <p>I tend to skew modern classic. The weather where I live is mild and rarely do I need more than a lightweight topper. </p> <p>I’m thinking elevated classics and I know I’m behind on silhouettes but I can’t see myself not in skinny jeans (NO one here has worn wide legs in years maybe decades). </p> <p>I’m thinking skinny jeans + elevated tee + ponte blazer or leather moto + cool sneakers </p> <p>I’m not much of a cardigan person I’ve discovered and sweaters aren’t necessary here and I run hot. </p> <p>I was looking at the Universal standard starter kit, the aesthetic is growing on me. </p> <p>Anyone want to share their thoughts or own personal style journey? Where do I go from here? </p> <p>I’ll have the chance to do some shopping in about a month. My last purchases were in April and were all workout clothes and some jeans.
