Not only for the snow factor, but for the mucky mud/rain season immediately following in March and April. White jeans would quickly become soul sucking beige jeans. I'm planning to resurrect mine in May or June, but only when the temperature gets above 70. I haven't done it, but I think what Lloyd Boston likely had in mind was something like white skinny jeans tucked into knee high boots with a cozy sweater - if I ever find boots I think might work I would perhaps give that a shot! However, in the meantime I am dying to pull mine out but the weather here in Seattle is wet and windy so I will wait until we get above 60 degrees and the sun comes out. Otherwise I am just afraid they will get dirty from the puddles on my walk to work!
