I also nursed both for 2.5 years.</p> <p>We call my son the Super Prescient Bathroom Swooper, because if you are headed to the bathroom, he will cut you off and get there before you and make you wait. I'm chuckling this morning over them.</p> <p>My superpowers:<br /> the eyebrow thing (as do my father and daughter)<br /> the ability to sit and do nothing (dh calls it laziness but it's an important power to have when you're a mom. Which reminds me I need to practice it...)<br /> Also with Lesley on three natural births including two at home. They weren't textbook perfect but they were all day time births (or baker's hours as my midwife says) which it makes it really nice on all of the sleeping schedules of everyone.<br /> Also with Lesley on nursing for 20 months, 29 months and 12 and counting respectively. I'm also heading towards concave! Well maybe not quite but I'm afraid I'm in the unfortunate position of my belly sticking out further than my chest.</p> <p>My daughter's superpower is her memory-- at 2 should could identify each owner of about 30 water bottles at day care.<br /> My first son's superpower is his ability to watch someone do something and copy it. He also has spontaneously done many different yoga moves throughout his life.<br /> My youngest is a baby so pretty much everything he does is a superpower.
