Oohh, lipstick. I guess my biggest change hasn't been at home at all but the times I now go out. I wear lipstick every day at home - and reapply! But with a mask, I can't and I feel lost not being able to smile at anyone and it be seen. I don't feel like myself at all with my mouth covered. I've just gotten some disposable small masks that fit over the ears and I'm hoping that will help a bit by not having those long ties smoosing my hair down. Between having my mouth covered and my hair all squashed and tied down, I feel like I've lost my identity when I've gone out!

Sort of. I had started developing a more casual style when I had kids and changed jobs to a more casual place. But even so, when I realized I'd be working from home long term about half my closet was put into longer term storage and the "comfortable" ones I felt normal in at home were put into my little wardrobe. My "active" clothes is a much smaller set now, and not ALL super casual, but even when I wear something nicer, like trousers, I mix it with something casual.

The biggest impact has been on my lipstick and shoes.

My biggest change is enjoying all my sleeveless dresses and tops without worrying about a third piece. Or looking for unfindable replacements. The underneath part of my upper arms don’t show on Zoom. Yay!

I like Zaeobi's statement!
Mine has been "desk to trails". All gear at home, so I can pop out for a hike anytime. I do usually wear proper clothes to do errands- but nothing without stretch. Tube skirts, loose dresses and blouses, birkies. No jewelry besides little stud earrings.
Eta- I've also not been feeling my brightest colors lately- at all.

I suppose my 'statement' is officially giving the middle finger to jeans & most 'proper' trousers (you know, the unstretchy ones with zips & buttons & all that unnecessary malarkey).

Dealing with 30C+ weather & 90%+ humidity probably isn't helping this surly attitude lol, but for now I alternate between stretchy loungewear trousers & dresses. Before I would only pull out my 'proper' trousers for work & 'going out'. Now I think they might only come out for interviews & any event that doesn't require much movement (since I don't moonlight as a statue, that's unfortunately less than 1% of my real life - with or without home isolation lol).

I've always hated being too restricted in my movements. I think the protests & now COVID-19 have just given me the confidence to own that now. Either that or 8+ months of forced WFH has officially made me lose my marbles. You decide

Well, since i now control the temperature, i can wear short sleeves during the summer!
Seriously, I’ve narrowed what i wear to the essentials, keep it pretty simple, and very causal. Tee’s and shorts or shorts, sneakers and that’s about it. The shorts and skorts are all comfy and loose fitting,

I gave myself permission to wear any combinations of prints and colors during coronavirus ( most people were just wearing home clothes or all black things at that time ). Since I'm back to work I need to look more dressed up and in a bit more conservative way - that's the current challenge. I don't want to buy new things however I may need to do it anyway. So far I'm mixing my casual pieces with some dressier ones but occasionally struggle.

I had been living the retired lifestyle before the pandemic hit, so life hasn’t changed much. I still dress the same and am ready to go out as before, I wear some makeup and accessories, bathe regularly and wash my hair. Wear a frock at least once a week The biggest difference is that I do not go out and know my chances of getting out are slim. It would be for a cutbside pickup or to walk the dog in the neighborhood.
DH needs to be more active and goes out more for things, even if it is to trim the dead branches out of bushes in the common area of our neighborhood.

My style changed over the course of 2018 after I retired from the workforce, and hasn’t changed since virus related activity restrictions are into play 4 months ago. The dressier elements in my wardrobe don’t see as much wear, because the opportunities aren’t there, but I have nice comfortable clothes that span every season, and I do get dressed every morning (vs wearing pj’s or athletic wear).

However, I haven’t added many new garments to my closet, so any style change-up or evolution of style isn’t happening. I have tinkered with a few garments (making cut off shorts from jeans, embellishing another pair of jeans with embroidery, removing pockets from a shirt, tailoring a pair of pants). I’ve been sewing masks, and co-ordinate them with my outfits. I haven’t recycled any garments to create completely new garments, though.

Since I am an "essential" worker, I haven't changed my style much. I generally dress up on days I'm not working, because my work clothes are just not fun. If anything, I have started honing in on what I like best and have slowly started editing my closet to contain only things I know I love to wear, with a few wildcards thrown in for those times i want to try something different.

I suppose the thing for me is, I had mostly stopped working in an office already. So 2/3 of my closet was on an extremely slow schedule. Then with the lockdown it went completely on ice. It started making me wish for something just a little more formal at home to replace that one day a week I would have worn all the ‘office stuff.’ Something to fill that occasional space that was still casual and wouldn’t be worn that often, but just dressier.

I have not changed much in the way I dress, possibly because I usually wear jeans plus nice tops and toppers for work. Using Video conferencing means I still want to look nice on top, so my tops and toppers have been fine. I do wish I could sew clothing! I have enjoyed making masks, and decided to make a small quilted table runner as a vacation project.

The thing I have added to my daily wear is a COS man's black leather bag, worn diagonally across the front.

Mostly this helps me to keep my cell phone with me at all times, which I need to do because we have several out-of-town guests who have been here escaping New York City since early March. I am on call for questions like where is this, can we do that, so I monitor my phone far more closely than I used to.

Also, since I now use crutches outdoors, the bag allows me to carry small items while my hands are full.

My life hasn't changed that much. I'm usually busy at home and don't go out more than a few times a week. Now, only recently went out after our state opened up some, after months.

But. A few years back a casual friend and neighbor called and invited me out to breakfast. When could I be ready? Ten minutes, I told her.
She pulled up and wondered, how could I have gotten ready in ten minutes? Simple. I was already dressed to go out. Just had to gather my things, maybe finish a little chore here or there.

I am always dressed to go out. We have a visiting infusion nurse for son who has hemophilia. When the latest one became the current nurse, he glanced at me and assumed I was going out - you know, was his car blocking me, etc - and I said no. Told him this was my life and I dressed for it.

So maybe my Lockdown Fashion Statement is:
Try and stop me.

Things were so very different before lockdown. I had a closet full of workwear, but staying three months at home changed the way I am getting dressed up for work (or the opposite of it).
Just after one month into lockdown, I started developing a strange feeling that I had no comfortable clothing to wear, and I had to literally cut and sew many dresses to make them "wearable."
And, the unthinkable thing I never imagined could happen in this life that I could not go shopping for more fabric and sewing supplies, neither I could order.
Did you guys also feel the same?
