First, I think colours are fab in this outfit, and love the dark brown matt tights with the boots, they're elongating your legs! I also sport this look with knee length denim skirts, but have slightly longer and firmlier standing boots (I mean no wrinckles on my legs, if this makes sense:-) and love it soo much! The dark teal top is a great colour, but seems a bit too long for the skirt, in my opinion, don't pull it so long over the hips, keep it rather between hips and natural waist, iif possible. As I further look on the pictie, I think the vest might be a bit too short, but you can wear this outfit without it...You might also consider a longer, leaner and softer vest, this will elongate your torso, the most. Just my ideeas, hope that helps.
