I have a few jeans with very subtle whiskering, but most are uniform in color.</p> <p>I don't even like how it looks. The fabric is nice - rather soft, and I think the size 6 will stretch out enough to be comfy. The rise is lower than I'm used to, but they don't seem to gape much in the back, which is great. </p> <p>But they have those horrible whiskers right up front. Why? Why? I do not get the point of this. It's like a bunch of little arrows pointing my hips saying "Look here! See how big they are!!!" I just don't like the look at all, especially for - Maya, cover your ears - especially for my age.</p> <p>However, I will probably wear skinnies with a longer tunic/jacket anyway. So the whiskers may be covered up. And the price of these pants is good. I'm not sure it's worth it for me to spend $$$ for premium denim on something I may not wear all the time. Still, I really hate those whiskers. Any advice? </p>
