They should either replace the blouse or refund your money. Store credit is not right, try to speak with a manager to get your money back or a new top. If you trust it, I'd jump on the Ebay one and get the store credit for yours and get something else. If not, I'd keep it. It's a shame because you love it but the defect limits the top's usefulness and you would have to think how to hide its flaws each time you wore it. My beloved J.Crew Tossed Hearts blouse is showing some wear at the seams(?!) particularly on one of the sleeves, which are not under stress since I don't have Popeye's forearms. I sent a photo to J.Crew and they responded right away that this shouldn't happen and I can return the blouse for store credit.  They'll reimburse my return shipping, too - very reasonable.  I am torn, though... I love that blouse!  The pull doesn't show under a sweater.  I would be sad to see it go. There is one on ebay in my size for around the price I paid for it, so I could presumably stalk a replacement.  And there is a copycat in the same print at Reitmans right now (albeit in polyester and with shorter sleeves...).  I'm not sure what I would do with the credit. What would you do?
