These are a new style direction for me, as they are much more flowing and longer than my usual work dresses, but I loved the fit of them. <br />The coat dress was definitely a 'wild card' purchase and a bit of a style revisit for me. I had a similar coat dress to this in the 1990's that I loved. I am now looking forward to the weather cooling down, so I can wear these. Today was very cold (for the Bay Area) so I wore the earmuffs that I bought last fall. Truth be told, they are so fluffy that they look ridiculous. Good thing I'm okay with ridiculous. The baker boy fits well with the strips inside, and I'm thinking the reason I never wore hats was because they sat too low since they were too big. The panama hat adjusts inside to make it smaller. I bought it due to FOMO since reviews said it sells out. It also comes in white, so I will buy that one next month on a Triple Points day, and make my final decision then.</p> <p>I have another black pleather vest but without ruffles which makes this one somewhat of a duplicate. I have to see how this length works with various outfits since more than once I've thought something was perfect but the proportions proved to be problematic.</p> <p>After reading Angie's S/S 2018 post and pins, I think I am keeping the blouse.
