Like my mile-high Manolo Blahniks. Or things that I've taken out of the regular rotation, because I want them to last longer I love them so much.<br /><br />I do have an Anna Sui that's pretty much only been worn once and I'm gonna try and consign when the weather warms up. It's gorgeous, but it's a lot of frou - the skirt just launches from the waist into a big balloon. I'd wear it with cowboy boots, but the opportunity to do so never arises. And I'm getting off the Good Ship Lollipop now and becoming Old Lady. I want to.<br /><br />I think I probably have more discount purchases that I never go near. I have a very cool black and white drapey top from Ross, but I can't wear a sweater over it and I freeze in it. It's very slinky. Heels are just a tad too high for my more-than-two-hour comfort. Lesson: As I walk a lot, better stick to heels I can walk in when buying boots.&nbsp;<br /><br />- A body con taupe short dress from Guess by Marciano. It was on sale, but the CPW so far is the price I paid, $50, since I only wore it once. Lesson:&nbsp;It's difficult to find the right occasion to&nbsp;wear a body con short dress after 40.<br /><br />- My red corduroy! I am fighting hard not to make it a fail, but without my efforts it would be so. It's not so much the colour as the cut. Too straight, too conventional for the wild colour. Lesson: If you're going to go wild, go all the way.<br /><br />- Another body con short skirt!
