That said, leggings are feeling a bit tired/predictable these days and I really only wear mine under my puffy skirt or my hoodie dress. </p> <p>I never did skinny jeans, or long draped cardigans. I don't bother with distressed anything, as my clothes become plenty distressed on their own. I avoid ruffles and poofs every time they trend. I've never done a tutu or tulle skirt but wouldn't completely discount the possibility...</p> <p>I tried cropped flares and couldn't get them to work for me.
