The skirt seems burgundy and black to me.<br /> A black or burgundy top with black stompy boots and black moto jacket and black stockings might work. If you wanted to lighten it up, try blush with the skirt or greys from dark to light. You might start with footwear. Boots or booties for winter, ballet flats for spring-warm fall. Sandals fit summer.
